Now, we’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our EMEA Operations team in Uxbridge and play a key role in driving forecast accuracy, product availability, and operational excellence across the region.

The Role

As Demand Planner, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain owning demand forecasting across EMEA and working cross-functionally with commercial, supply planning, customer service, and NPD teams.

You’ll ensure that our demand signals are accurate, actionable, and fully aligned with business needs keeping Monster stocked, moving, and winning in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse and manage demand forecasts from distributors and bottlers across EMEA
  • Maintain and optimise forecast data within SAP IBP
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and inventory health
  • Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, driving actions with key stakeholders
  • Proactively flag demand shifts and mitigate risks such as stock-outs
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Planning, and NPD
  • Support new product launches with accurate demand planning inputs
  • Lead demand review meetings and contribute to the wider S&OP process
  • Track and publish forecast performance metrics

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in Demand Planning within FMCG
  • Experience with SAP IBP (preferred)
  • Strong Excel and analytical capability
  • Solid understanding of S&OP processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Mindset Matters

At Monster, attitude is everything. We’re looking for someone who is:

Driven – High energy, results-focused, and accountable

Passionate – Brings enthusiasm and commitment to everything they do

Effective – Delivers consistently strong performance

Resourceful – Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment

Why Join Monster?

  • Be part of a globally recognised, market-leading brand
  • Work in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
  • Collaborate with international teams across EMEA
  • Play a key role in shaping demand planning excellence
  • Join a business where pace, ownership, and impact go hand-in-hand
